Seems like only yesterday that Garmin pushed out a huge step forward in the HRV tracking game for the fēnix 6, but no, it was actually two days ago 🤯. You will need to install the 22.75 ALPHA build of the firmware, to get the new HRV features, but I’ve found those to be plenty stable for daily use. In my fēnix 7 learning frenzy, I totally missed that Garmin also launched a new epix. The cheat sheet is that it’s a more expensive fēnix 7 with a fancy AMOLED screen.
